SECURITY & OPERATIONS POLICY
Validators are critical infrastructure. We design the public surface accordingly.
Validatus combines operational controls, monitoring discipline, controlled public disclosure, and official communication channels to reduce avoidable risk.
SECURITY PRINCIPLES
MINIMIZE ATTACK SURFACE
Do not publish unnecessary internal details, access paths, or operator roles.
SEPARATE DUTIES
Operational duties, public communication, and security contacts are intentionally separated.
MONITOR CONTINUOUSLY
Alerts, logs, uptime, governance, and network events tracked with clear escalation paths.
PREPARE FOR INCIDENTS
Runbooks, backups, maintenance windows, and documented response paths matter.
PUBLISH EVIDENCE
Status pages, incident notes, governance rationale, and maintenance updates.
IMPROVE ITERATIVELY
Whitepaper updates, postmortems, and policy revisions over time.
INTERNAL TEAM POLICY
Validatus is operated by a focused internal infrastructure and security team.
For operational security reasons, we do not publish a full public team directory or disclose individual operator responsibilities. Validator operations are treated as critical infrastructure, and we intentionally minimize public exposure of internal roles, access paths, shift ownership, and operational responsibilities.
Public communication is handled through official Validatus channels and designated representatives. Security-sensitive communication should use the official security contact listed on this website.
